Cold Noodles in Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
Dried Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles)
2 large chicken drumbsticks (or you may use chicken breast meat)

2 Eggs (whisked)
2-3 tbsp Mizkan Sesame Sauce
Spring Onion (chopped)

Red Chilli (seeded, thinly sliced; optional)
Nori topping (optional; you may substitute it with just toasted sesame seeds)
Method
1) Boil the Soba noodles till cooked; discard the water in the pot and rinse soba noodles in cold water.

2) Boil chicken meat till cooked; shred the meat and set it aside
3) Fry the eggs into omelette and slice it thinly
4) Place cooked Soba noodles onto a plate and toss it with the sesame sauce till well combined
5) Top with chicken meat, spring onion, sliced chilli and Nori topping
*You may also use this recipe on spaghetti noodles. Have fun!
