Double Chocolate Choc Chip Muffins

Ingredients
250g plain flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 TBsp cocoa powder
175g castor sugar
150g choc chip (save 1/4 for topping)
250ml milk
90ml veg. oil
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla essence.

Method
Sift flour, coca powder, baking powder n baking soda. Mix with sugar n 3/4 choc chip.
Put liquid ingredients together n mix well.
Mix dry n wet ingredients together, folding in gently.
Do not over mix.

Pour into cups n sprinkle with remaining 1/4 choc chips.

Bake at 200°c for 20mins.
