Mango Float

Ellen's Mango-Float
Ingredients:
4- ripe mangoes cubed
1 can Nestle cream
1 cup condensed milk (can be adjusted to your liking)
200 ml whipping cream
1 bottle thick cream
your favourite cream crackers or skyflakes or graham crackers

Prep and Cooking Instructions

Directions:
1. Whip the whipping cream for a few minutes or until smooth and thick.
2. Mix condensed milk, thick cream and nestle cream until well blended. Then mix with whipping cream.
3. Layer the cream crackers in your 10″x8″x2″ pan or square pan.
4. Put some cubed mangoes on the layed crackers until fully covered, followed by the cream mixture.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 until you reach the top of pan…with the mangoes and cream topping as the last layer.
6. Cover the pan with foil and freeze overnight.
7. Take out from freezer at least 30 minutes before serving for easy cutting.
8. Share and enjoy 

Note:
For a more tasty treat…you can top it up with grated cheddar cheese … yuuummmy !
( I recommend Kraft cheddar cheese in the blue box)

Additional Comments About this Recipe

This dessert doesn’t float, but the one eating it surely will! It is delicious and creamy. You have to use sweet ripe mangoes otherwise you can substitute canned peaches. Very easy to make!
