Icing sugar

Ingredients:
4 tsp egg white powder
4 tbsp water
300g icing sugar (shifted)
1 to 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Coloring
Icing flower


Method:
1. Using mixer, whisk egg white powder and water until fluffy.
** Can use 60g egg to replace egg white powder and water.

2. Add in 1/3 of the icing sugar at a time and whisk till fluffy.

3. Add in lemon juice, whisk for 1 to 2mins till the icing harden.

4. Add in few drops of coloring.
