Pandan Cup Cake

 
Ingredients:
Optima flour    :   200g
Egg                 :   130g
Coconut milk   :     65g
Pandan paste  :  ½ tsp

 
Method:
1) Place all ingredient in a mixing bowl

2) Beat at high speed for 10 min

3) Pour batter into prepared paper cups in mould

4) Bake at 200°C pre-heated oven for 15 min.
