Pasta with White & Brown Mushrooms

















Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked pasta of your choice - I use Farfalle

8 pieces of fresh white and brown button mushrooms - cut into thick slices

3 crabstick filaments - julienne

3 pips of garlic - finely chopped

1 tsp of dried mixed herbs

1 tsp of ground black pepper

1 tbsp of olive oil

salt to taste



Method :-

Boil enough water to cover the pasta and cook pasta until al dente . Drain and keep aside.

Saute garlic with olive oil in a non stick pan till fragrant, add in the mushrooms slices, crab filaments and continue to stir fry till the mushrooms and crab filaments are cooked through.
 
Add in the cooked pasta , mixed herbs and black pepper and salt till all ingredients are mixed well.
 
 Dish up and serve hot.
